Our Holiday Bazaar & a biRtHdAy for Momma Tex

Its been awhile since I've posted a regular post. If you follow me on instagram then you may have already seen a few pictures. Our 2012 Holiday Bazaar was great! We had such a fun time!

Momma Tex, { ♥ K&C } also came with her! We celebrated her birthday since we won't get to see her again until Christmas :( 

It's been a busy November, but December and Christmas is almost here!

The weekend before last...

in Texas...

Well, where should I start?  It was so bittersweet. We decided to take Tatum so she could see Momma Tex. Traveling a four hour trip with a two year old wet alot better than I envisioned it. We stopped in McAlester at the Ranch and visited with Nannie for about an hour, snacked on some goodies, Tatum had to ride the golf cart around, and we looked at Bizarre stuff. And the it was back on the road. The rest of the three hours she either slept or played with her baby dolls. Friday night, Momma Tex and Tex’s grand-momma took us out for dinner. Saturday, Momma Tex kept Tatum so me and Tex could drive to Ft. Worth where he’ll be working. It was a lonnnnng drive. We decided then and there that it was too long for him to drive there and back everyday. That was the bad part of the trip. Sunday, we had a family cookout for all the september birthdays.  There are three of us. After the cookout, Tex’s aunt & uncle {R & K} took us out to the most amazing restaurant I have ever been to. It was seafood and incredible delicious. It was great fun with family that we don’t get to see very often! And Monday was a sad day, we got in the pickup and had to go back to Oklahoma...

     I had a wonderful birthday yesterday, Tex woke me up with breakfast in bed. Waffles, my favorite. When we got up and around he drove me to Hobby Lobby and said “get whatever you want”. So after being in there for over a hour, I walked out with a few new items for our Christmas Bizarre. We ran some errons, and went to lunch. Later last night,  we celebrated my birthday with my Dad and grandparents. It was a pretty great day! Tonight my BFF {t} is taking me out for my birthday! And Friday we are celebrating with my mom and step-dad. I can’t wait! A full weekend of birthday fun!

Its my Birthday today!!!

For those of you wondering, I'm 22 this year. 21 was a fun ad eventful year. It was our first year of marriage, we moved into our tiny apartment, we added Diesel to our family and on and on. 

Im excited to see what 22 holds for me!

tex's birthday bits + pieces..

We kidnapped Tex this weekend. I forgot the blind fold so we had to use my leggings... just until we picked up a bandana.

He wasnt happy about being blindfolded for an hour or about me driving his truck.

He has been wanting to go bowling so we had him a surprise bowling party!

  Tex got lots of presents! His favorite was a new bow case and a gift certificate for some new tattoos!

after we finished bowling we went to the arcade. tex got the new high-score for the punching bag!

 Thats right! I plan on celebrating and spending the day with Mr. Tex and Bailey Rae Cyrus! I can't wait to see what Tex got me! Bahaha! It better be good!

UPDATE

   Hmm.. Where to start. I haven't blogged since Sunday, I was planning on getting back to my normal schedule this week... however, I haven't. This week has been a little rough on me. I haven't hardly done anything. No new pictures, no laundry, and my room is still a mess. I haven't updated the boutique since before the wedding, and my list goes on and on. Im just exhausted. So this weekend me & Tex have a big to do list! Maybe next week will go a little smoother for me. Hopefully! But for now I'm signing off for this week. Ta Ta! 




p.s. My birthday is Monday! And to celebrate my company is giving everyone the day off! 
..... Okay maybe were off for Labor Day. Who knows?

Mammy's Birthday

A week late.

      We ordered a beautiful cake from L's Bakery in Sapulpa. (It's also where we ordered our groom cake) It was delicious. Seriously, one of the best cakes I've ever had. If you know my Mom you know she doesn't like surprises or surprise parties... So with that in mind, we had a small family surprise dinner party.  She had been wanting one of the terrace/gondola/ wooden porch thingys. Not sure on the name but yeah. So while she was at work that day my dad, James, my two brothers, and a few of their friends built one on our pool patio for my mom. She was so surprised! She loved it.
      My sister and niece came over for the dinner and Tatum digged in on the cake. She thought it was delicious too!
