i cooked...


I cooked a new recipe last night and was very impressed of how it turned out and Tex loved it. I made Pineapple Fried Rice with Pork chops from The Pioneer Woman. Recipe here. I had all the ingredients on hand except for the Sirracha, but Tex picked that up for me on his way home. It was delicious. The pineapples, honey, sirracha and soy sauce complimented the pork chops wonderfully. Go print the recipe and make it for yourself tonight!
