the best sandwich I've ever made...

the cast of characters.....

olive oil, fresh cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil pesto.

oh and your choice of bread.

First, I cut up the tomatoes and cheese.

Extra cheese.

And I gave a few pieces to Bailey.

She loves when i do that.

Next, butter one side of your bread, as you would for a regular grilled cheese.

Spread pesto on the top of both pieces. YOu could just spread on one piece of bread, but whats the fun in that...

Add the mozz and tomatoes. I put cheese on both sides so it will be EXTRA cheesy.

Put together and wait for the cheese to melt.

 the end product: tomato and cheese goodness. its delish! try it people!
